  1. Looks amazing! I’m making this tonight ✨You guys are such a wholesome family 🥺

  2. As an Italian living abroad, this was nostalgic. Very true! Many of our dishes are vegetarian or vegan or easily can become vegan indeed😊 Bravo Roberto 👏👏👏

  3. I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine but I wish other cuisines were as hyped up as Italian

  4. As a classically French trained chef it might surprise you that Mexican, Italian and Asian cuisines are my favorites for both cooking and eating! When I first found you on YouTube I immediately bought several of your cookbooks for myself and my vegetarian mother. We both love you and your food so much! Roberto is an amazing example of a self taught genius in the kitchen and proves that if it tastes good then you’re doing it right! Have a wonderful week ahead! 🖤❤️🖤
    😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻

  6. Look at pasta queen and its qcp for italian pasta in home. And it's easy to switch to vegan

  7. Italian and Korean foods imo are very similar specially southern Italian when its more bean and veg based ant use chillies

  8. That kitchen brought tears to my eyes! It looks identical to my mom’s kitchen, humble and so cozy! Great dishes come out of kitchens like that, full of love, traditions and memories of family and friends! ❤❤❤😢

  9. I love this. I’m “Mexican” but was raised “mixed” or as a cultural “Mutt”……

I don’t “belong” anywhere, but I feel this soooo much!!!!!

Your posts are BEAUTIFUL and nostalgic, in the BEST possible way. Please don’t stop. And NEVER stop being you.

You keep all of us messy (culturally) people together. You have a gift, and I hope you know that.
