  1. You might wanna watch out for mercury. Fish hosts themselves in waters where plastic and waste can be a danger, and sardines can increase mercury in the bloodstream, aswell as micro plastics. Also, watch out, some sardines can be undercooked and that can lead to parasite infestation. If we just left the oceans clean, I'd eat fish from any ocean any day every day. Keep it up though!

  2. Not a good idea, since eating too many sardines can lead to ingesting too much mercury and arsenic. Eating 3 or 4 cans a weeks should be OK.

  3. Dont forget its also high heavy metals. Which accumulate in your body, absolute rubbish advice, not to be eaten daily! Don’t listen to everybody with A good body in front of a camera.

  4. Those Wild Planet sardines are the big ones, three in a can, usually from the Pacific Ocean. King Oscar use smaller pilchards from the North Atlantic that come in that braded pattern, and the cheaper Chicken of the Sea just dump the pilchards in any direction.

  5. That brand of sardines is nasty. They sale them at costco and they have no flavor, even if packed in olive oil.

  6. First time I tried this today. This stuff is fucked up. It might go ok in sushi, with soy to drown out the flavour.

I know it's healthy, but it's the taste

  7. And arsenic and mercury. Don’t eat canned fish everyday guys. Originally I thought he grew up with lead in his water but the mercy in the fish is making sense now

  8. Great source of heavy metals and toxins from plastic lined cans not to mention farm raised fish that offer 0 nutritional value hell yeah! Fitness influencer IQ’s giving advice nice!
