Nothing like a hot cup of Mulled wine on a cold winter evening! Mulled wine or as the Germans call it “Gluhwein” is made by infusing spices and citrus flavor into warm red wine. I start by making a sugar syrup and infuse it with citrus and spices before adding the wine .
