Join me on the ultimate Italian food tour through Gubbio and the heart of Umbria. From handmade pasta to wood-fired pizza, I’m diving into the rich flavors that define this incredible region. Along the way, I speak with locals about Italian life, culture, and what makes Umbria so unique. I’m also reconnecting with my family here, exploring my heritage, and reflecting on the deep ties between Italians and Italian-Americans. This is more than just a food journey, it’s a personal look at the beauty and complexity of Italian identity in one of the most historic corners of Italy.

So I moved back to Houston and very happy. Besides Thailand, I also have ties to Norway. But I think my anchor will always be Houston Texas. Best wishes on this chapter and best of luck.
