I tried a Sardinian Seada! They are traditional to Sardinia, filled with cheese, hot, crunchy on the outside, beautifully cheesy and soft in the middle and topped with a load of honey. They also come with some slices of Orange! I fell in love with these whilst I was in Alghero. Shout out to Mirador too! Great food and really friendly staff.
