150g or 5oz of finely chopped celery
150 g or 5 oz of finely chopped carrots
750g (26 oz) of potatoes
1 rosmery spring
1 Parmesan rind
50g or 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
Water
1 Handful of salt
320 g or 11 oz of Pasta
Parmesan cheese on top

Great. Put water in the tomato cup to rinse it out without waste. And good to scrape clean the parm rind’s outer layer before using
