INGRIDIENTS:
2 cups of rice arborio
cut half onions,celery and carrot.
Salt and pepper
Chicken stock to cook the rice . Soon the rice its done wait few minutes and add parmiggiano reggiano. In the mean time have cook 100g. of ground beef with onions,carrots and celery.
Now you ready to make the arancini ,put right in the middle the ground beef and mozzarella.
Close very well like a ball,pass it through flour,egg,and bread crumbs.
Fry for few minutes .
