🍗 Chicken Cutlet Recipe (Indian Style)

📝 Ingredients:

250g chicken keema (minced chicken)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 green chilies (chopped)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

1 boiled potato (mashed)

2-3 tbsp bread crumbs (for binding)

1 egg (for coating)

More bread crumbs (for coating)

Oil for shallow frying

👩‍🍳 Method:

. Cook the keema:
Heat a little oil, sauté onions till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook. Then add keema, turmeric, red chili, salt, and garam masala. Cook until dry. Let it cool.

2. Prepare the cutlet mix:
In a bowl, mix the cooked keema, mashed potato, green chilies, coriander, and bread crumbs. Mix well.

3. Shape the cutlets:
Make small oval or round patties.

4. Coat & Fry:
Dip each cutlet in beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.

5. Fry until golden:
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry both sides till crisp and golden brown.

🥄 Serve with:

Green chutney, ketchup, or as a burger patty!
