This pasta with pecorino cheese (hard sheep cheese) and pepper is a traditional Roman recipe. Easy and quick but yet so delicious. If you like pepper and love cheese you definitely have to try. If you don’t like pepper that much, just put less and don’t toast it in the beginning, but you definitely have to try it. I love it! This creamy cheesy pasta is heavenly delicious!
