Question – Do many of your customers use the single shot filter basket? How would a shot using this compare to one from the double shot basket?
I think missing is a BZ10* with a PID
*electrically assisted/fast heat up… perhaps lesser temperature swings than E61 wo/PID?
(BZ13 has these features+ but is rather unattractive in my opinion… seems to be aimed at office and small commercial markets)

Bezzera is for me at least the most reliable brand, with the best internal quality components. My Bezzera in 5 years has made me over 7.5k coffees flawlessly!

It's a scam. Any company that won't quote a price until you contact them is out to rip you off. I've been all over the internet trying to find a price. Maybe they're not planning on selling here in the UK, but even their resellers in Ireland, don't have prices online.

The entire coffee industry as a whole is astronomically overpriced. Why is a small espresso machine more expensive than a high end giant refrigerator that even has an oled tv built into the face of it and can automatically order items you run out of and have them shipped to you the next day. These espresso machines are actually pretty simple when it comes down to it. To go even further a grinder is super simple. A $25 dollar motor, some basic housing, and a burr set, boom $1000. For the top of the line total commercial setup- same price as a Cyber Truck. It’s dumb. Ain’t gonna lie though, I really really want a Lelit Bianca v3. Just can’t bring myself to it even if I can afford it.
