1lb lean ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs tomato paste
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup pasta sauce
2/3 cup cottage cheese
5 large tortillas
Cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Drain the fat and add the tomato paste. Cook for another minute.
Roll the beef into the tortillas with pasta sauce, cottage cheese, and mozarella. Put in a greased 9×13 inch dish. Top with more pasta sauce and cheese.
Bake at 375F for 9 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes, until browned on top.

    These seem more like wraps with cheese and a bolognese/ragù based sauce.

  2. Low carb totilias, that's your worry? Low carb? maybe you did not notice the meat and mountain of dairy.. compliment though : it 'looks' good !

  3. Stop being afraid of food. High carb / low carb all meat / plants ground into meat looking things. Just farken eat FOOD never mind the tittles and fancy words. Want to make it even healthier and better try making the tortillas from scratch with 3 ingredients or use the same 3 and make pasta
