As I wrap up my last days in Italy before heading away for a few weeks, I’m finishing renovation tasks and preparing the farmhouse for the summer season. There’s always plenty to do—especially now with more plants and trees needing extra care in the garden.

    Yes! Logistics. I'm always asking channels about the weather. I'm asthmatic, so allergies to pollen, dust, and mould matter, and I'm sick of the humidity in Queensland. It takes over your life and you can only do house stuff at minimal times of the year.

    Happy Birthday Richard, & thanks for another lovely video. We were same age as you when we started planning our dream. Having retired early, kids left home, we wanted a challenge. Didn't know then it would be the stunning mountains of Spain….. But here we are 19 years later, settled, still working harder than ever, drinking wine & enjoying sunsets.     I like the new spot for the wine and chocolate. Definitely need to incorporate this area into the landscaping scheme for a sitting area. Maybe a fire pit too. I’ve always thought that’s where I’d put the big deck. Or stone patio for evening drinks. Great video.
