This is making me wanna go to Italy so bad not even for the architecture and scenery but for the food. I feel like 2-3 weeks in Italy eating the food there especially in more rural areas where the food is truly made fresh, you’d get like a year’s worth a nutritious health benefits from it. One of my cousins spent a month in Italy back in 2023….I believe she did Tuscany for the first 2 weeks, 3 days later in the Almafi Coast, and the rest of the time in Florence. When she came back…..her skin cleared up so much, and she lost so much weight. She basically said that the foods in the more rural areas in her opinion are better, because the people really are getting them either from their own gardens or local markets so it’s fresher and healthier, and with being in the city areas it’s a bit more fast paced so the food though it’s delicious….it doesn’t always taste homemade authentic like if a family member made it.
