  1. Did your eyes pop because it was bitter? The acid from the tomatoes could have used a pinch of sugar.

  2. Looks good! But I always add a little sugar in my tomatoes to breaks up the acidity! I like the grated Parmasan cheese!! 🥘🥄

  3. I haven't made this but from the recipe I know that I would add the Italian sausage Raw and let the flavors melt into the other ingredients. With Italian dishes I never cook my meat in a separate pan.

  4. Wouldn't it be a lot quicker and easier to just add the tomatoes, gnocchi, and tomato sauce to the pan that you cooked the sausage in❓️
