  2. Sambhar Masala-
    1 tbsp each chana, urad, toor daal, rice, jeera. 2tbsp dhaniya. 2 tsp each sarso, methi. 15-20 kali mirch, 10-12 nariyal ke chote pieces. Dry roast for 90 seconds on medium flame. Add 7-8 laal mirch, 8-10 curry leaves and dry roast till it changes colour and loses moisture. Turn off the flame and add half a tsp hing. Let it cool and then grind it to a powder. 1/4 tsp haldi and half a tsp kashmiri laal mirch powder to add colour and taste.
