Why does Puglia feel to me like the Miami of Italy? It’s pretty, but I still love the mountains too much.

I love Pizzo, Zambrone, Tropea and Scilla but Puglia is my next trip. I love the star vault ceilings but Puglia doesn't have the elevation views that Calabria does.
I live in the desert in the US & need to move to more green & cooler temps. So, Puglia isn't my choice, but I always watch you all no matter where you go!!! I can see the draw for some, especially retirees. You all know I love Fivizzano, Lucca, Marche & Umbria regions. We have wineries in AZ, too, in a little higher elevation than like the PHX desert. It's😊 pretty good, too!!
I was watching Rino's show recently and someone on the show mentioned in a centro storico expect to spend $10k for an elevator to be installed.
I guessed 30% of olive oil comes from Puglia. I was short!!!!

Man, that first property was huge for the money!! That is totally my jam! I love all those vaulted ceilings. I would dig traditional tile floors better, but they don't necessarily mesh with that totally modern neutral vibe they were going for with the decor. I would have liked to see what the garden looked like. Cheers guys!!
