:: Cooking Time: 45 minutes
:: Serving: 6 people.
:: INGREDIENTS:
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Pasta: 1 Packet (500gms)
Potato : 3 (medium size – boiled & mashed)
Beef Mince: 250 grams.
Onion: 2 (Sliced)
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp.
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 Tbsp.
Coriander Seed Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Salt: 1 Tbsp.
Tomato: 2 (Chopped)
Mozzarella Cheese: 30 to 40 grams (Grated)
Mix Herb: 2 Tbsp.
White Sauce: 2.5 Cup

Tomato Ketchup: 7 to 8 Tbsp.
:: METHOD:
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1) Add salt & black pepper powder to mashed potatoes (to taste)
:: SETP 1 (Masala Beef Mince)
2) Take 4 Tbsp of Oil in a Pot & fry onion till light brown.
3) Add Ginger Garlic Paste & cook for 1 minute.
4) Now add Beef Mince & cook 1 minute
5) Add all Masala Ingredients (Red Chili Powder, Red Chili Flakes, Coriander Seed Powder & Salt) & Chopped Tomatoes.
6) Now add 1 cup of water, cover the lid & cook till beef is ready.
7) Open the lid & cook till Qeema become dry.
8) Qeema/ Mince Beef is Ready
:: STEP 2 (Layering)
9) Take an oven-proof Baking Dish made of glass.
10) Grease with Oil or Butter.
11) Add the FIRST LAYER of Boiled Potatoes & press with spatula or spoon.
12) Add the SECOND LAYER with half the amount of cooked minced beef.
13) Add the THIRD LAYER with Boiled Macroni.
14) Add the FOURTH LAYER with the other half cooked mince.
15) Add the FiFTH LAYER of Tomato Ketchup (thin layer)
16) Add the SIXTH LAYER of White Sauce.
17) Add the SEVENTH LAYER of Mozzarella Cheese.
18) Finally, add the EIGHTH LAYER of Mix Herb.
19) Pre-heat Gas Oven to 180°, Cook 10 minutes with Bottom Burner & then 5 minutes with Top Burner.
20) Serve with Mayonnaise, Ketchup & your favorite juice.
