Add in charming villages like Cison di Valmarino and the incredible vineyard views in Rolle, and it’s easy to see why this region is such a hidden gem. We wrapped up the day at Molinetto della Croda, a magical 17th-century watermill, before checking in at Lemire — a countryside B&B with vineyard views, cozy rooms, and the sweetest host.
