My guess was a Shiraz. Or a Merlot.
At first glance I thought it was gewurztraminer , but right away as you said low alcohol and the arome, I was clueless haha
I said muscadet but when i heard Italy I knew it was trentino Pg
Was a little lost until you said Northern Italy. Then I got it.
Had no idea first but when you said Northern Italy on top of the other clues I was sure it was grigio. I'm a a noob but I love PG
