Funny how something so simple is better than 90% of food from around the world tastes. People from India, the US or Russia cant handle something so delicious and simple.
They are not cherry tomatoes. They are small plum (grape) tomatoes.
Needs a bit more olive oil
Much better with a Knorr beef stockpot.
they're not cherry tomatoes. They're grape tomatoes.
Delicious, you are great to watch
roast ?, i thought you roast things in the oven, you fry things in a frying pan.
olive ohhhhhhl
Now turn heat right down add a little onion and stock and you have the best 'gravy' for a simple pasta sauce
That's frying, not roasting.
No skill required.
Proceeds to chop garlic with extreme skill.
Lemon oil.
wow,you went to school for that
I'm allergic to Raw Tomatoes, but this looks nice and cooked with the enzymes broken down and nice and delicious
Add a little Pamesan on top, a crusty french baguette with high quality butter, wow….Simple but soooo good.
I don't know what's more delicious, the tomatoes or his buttery smooth commentary voice.
Its insane that this dude was the one who made gordon ramsey cry in a corner
Knorr way he just did that
"No skill required", proceeds to vaporize garlic with his gaze.

Chef White is the first televised chef that I have ever heard acknowledge that the level of garlic is to an individual taste. Bravo.

"You want them to burst. Because that releases the juice. Then you want to rejuice it down. An interesting fact is that this recipe was invented in Israel by the Juice. Then we play some tennis until juice. Afterwards, we can meet up with Patrick Swayze in the Double Juice. Nah, i'm juice kidding".
Now when you look at the word "juice", you will wonder if it is spelt correctly and it seems to have lost it's meaning.
"No skill required"
Why does my kitchen look like the bridge of the Enterprise when its under attack.
Some nasty ass fingernails, wash yer hand chef!

Why did you whisper “ Tapenade”?
I release my juices when I burst too

Wish I liked tomatoes 😮
This dude could start talking about cooking shoe leather and id still be hooked
I could listen to him talk a lot food all day
Tomatoes are climacteric. Being on the vine is scam; it makes absolutely no difference to the ripeness or quality of the tomatoes, yet supermarkets charge premiums for this nonsense.. It is handy to have the calyx still on the tomato, because that is an entry point for disease.
Wouldn't you gently squash them to help speed up the process? 😋
I do this and then toss em in salad man. Just awesome

Marco: "Once again, no skill required"
Marco: Perfectly cutting Garlic then throws it in
