Meg could have leaned into the low numbers by literally advertising how much was in stock. It could be played as a strategic move for her to just have small “authentic” highly curated batches of items at a time. She could say she wanted small scale but super high quality products. Even numbering them like she did with her jams!
Instead she wants to FAKE that she’s selling a massive number of items, but it’s so obvious to everyone that she isn’t. The only conclusion we can come to is that these are low quality, mass produced items, that aren’t high-end.

We made our own blend of wine for our wedding. We have a winery we like and a few times a year, they have a "bottle your own wine" event where they offer three different varietals. We mix and taste the wines, then fill bottles with what we like. For our wedding, I had custom labels made, so our wine was "bespoke," in a sense. More recently, I went to this same winery's bottle-your-own event and made my own version of a Bordeaux blend. The wines offered are probably excess quantities or varietals that, alone, might not be the quality the winery would sell with their label, but we have fun and enjoy what we bottle.
"Kidney Krapper" is what I'd call her sour grape juice which was originally intended to be sold in TETRAPAKS but ended up in bottles.
Meghan is definitely thinking that someone will come in and buy her out for a billion by selling online and claiming to constantly 'sell out'. I will believe it when I see her products actually stocked in my local store and flying off the shelves there! Casamigos was available in stores from the get go, unlike As Ever, plus it took time to grow before being bought out. Meghan wants to to happen NOW because she needs the money!

The reason she sold them in quantities of 3 was because she new enough people would try it once and it would force enough number of bottles sold to be able to produce it at least 2 times with the hope that by the 3rd release enough people would like her and her product to continue to produce it. She won't disclose the supplier so she can shop around buying the leftovers of production of other brands and mix them together. I bet she's buying a little of the good wine and mixing it with inferior wines. If she is doing that she cannot afford to be tied to any specific region and/or producer where by disclosing inferior ingredients

Kylie Minogues Rosé is fantastic and no where near $30 a bottle… More like $12. And you're not forced to buy 3 bottles either at a cost of $90 plus shipping. It's also available in stores so you can avoid shipping costs and be drinking it this evening. God knows when you'll receive Megs wine, assuming you do! I won't and never will taste Huggy Rosé as she's not making a single cent out of me !
