I'm sorry, I have a few questions about how your job works. I've seen signs of another person in the kitchen with you before. Do you have an assistant? If so, for the cooking or the filming job? Do you stay all day during the week? Do you spend weekend time shopping for your job? Just thought I'd try to get answers.

Can you explain the baking soda. I dont eat pasta often because I'm on a weightloss journey, but I assume I can use it in most sauses. I seem to not struggle with the refill as much since the weight loss. ( 30lns down 😊) but I still stick tp the strick rules to avoid it. Id like to know about this baking soda trick.

shrimp, crab and lobster shells can be oven dried. Then infuse in oil. It will be a pretty orange color. Used to flash fry shrimp some restaurants call it lobster oil. I don’t care what they call it. It’s delicious quickly. Season the shrimp with a rub seasoning. Perfection.
