From Blog to Reality: Our Italy House Buying Journey.
Today we re-read my journal entry #4 called “Just the basics”. After Mike and I arrived to our Italian dream home, was it all limoncello and gelato? Hardly.
We had no electric, no running water…ok, there was water, just pouring from the upstairs ceiling and the stone facade. Yes, I’m serious.

do you guys disconnect all your utilities such as power, water internet before you leave or do you choose to pay and keep it on…..that agent was terrible so do 80 percent of italian agents
