    I'm always perplexed at the Italians need for an eat-in kitchen — no matter how small the kitchen is, they cram a table and chairs in there. Anyway island in the kitchen is a good call.

    That main property is fantastic. Hubby and I are also moving to Italy in 2 to 3 years. Hopefully our governments (🇨🇦 and Italy) can change the reciprocal agreements which prevents us from buying at the moment or, this one would have been it.

Between spacious interior with every useful room, and great courtyard, & HHT, and upstairs apartment, And excellent land, with olive trees and stream, And those views, And within walking, or staggering distance home from town, after restaurant or bar visits 😜, Barrilliant! 👏And the others all fine too, depending on your preferences. And not a bad drive to Adriatic beaches, Montesilvano, Pescara. And a heap of fun and laughs as uszh. 😁🤣😁.     I don't know if I can live in Italy. I really don't eat that much, or like to cook enough that I need four kitchens. I was afraid you were going to say that you could use one of the bedrooms for another sitting area with a kitchen across the end of the room.Seriously
    I love that bonus bedroom with the grayish ceiling. I'd want that as the master. another great house I've seen shown this weekend.
