  11. I brought a low-carb sugar starch reduce rice cooker. I also started eating riceberry. It is not bad because it cooks like white rice without soaking.

    I try putting a little bit more water, and it doesn't taste soggy. To me, it tastes like beans and even looks like beans.

    Riceberry have much higher levels of antioxidants and polyphenols than brown rice varieties, and I love the protein, too.

    It was expensive, but worth it for the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperglycemic, and potential anti-cancer properties. 

    Most importantly, it has anthocyanins that will protect my eyes from oxidative stress to regeneration eyes vision by improving rhodopsin and retina.
