The pizzas here are really good. Since I have shifted here it’s my go to place. You should judge a place by its Margherita pizza and not go for fancy burrata pizza which is an acquired taste in the first place.
I live in Italy, and eat neopolitan pizza every week …. this pizza looks very authentic. Most Indians dont relish them …. our pallet requires more spice and masala …. Buffalo mozzarella when heated leaves a lot of water …. thats very common ….
In Italy if you order Margherita DOP with buffalo… its the same.

Burrata is supposed to be served at room temperature, where the cheese becomes a thick liquid consistency.
