  1. I miss Italy and I haven't been there for at least 10 years. That certainly looked doable for a home meal, but do you do any precooking of the rice or the stock for service?

  4. How long do you cook the stock for? I was always under the impression that it needed to be cooked for hours

  5. Seems too long to cook that seafood with that cover on it at that high heat. Just an observation. I do see it off for a good portion of it but still it should only be on for like 90 s

  13. No, I am doing it not wrong. But I do wash the rice, rice is dusty, but I only give it quick rinse just before I start cooking.

  14. Nice risoto!!! Just made one for My fiance and myself.. wasn’t seafood but one risoto with parmesean and mignon. Feel hungry again after watching this one hahaha
