Where is the bit where he put a pre made sauce or passata in? It’s important to show all of the steps so people can follow properly.
Here he says no need for olive oil, but when he's selling Knorr products he puts oil in the water because his mother was Italian.
I would not throw away all the pasta water. Just in case I need some to adjust the consistency of the sauce.
