  1. Here's a simple recipe for Beef Strips in Tomato Sauce:

    Ingredients:

    – 500g beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – 1 onion, chopped
    – 3 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    – 1 teaspoon dried basil
    – 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    – Salt and pepper, to taste
    – Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for some heat)

    Instructions:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

    2. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

    3. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

    4. Return the beef strips to the skillet and simmer in the tomato sauce for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

    5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If desired, add red pepper flakes for extra heat.

    6. Serve the beef strips in tomato sauce over pasta, rice, or with some crusty bread. Enjoy!

You can also customize this recipe to your taste by adding other ingredients, such as bell peppers or mushrooms. Let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like any variations!

  2. Everyone says MRE's are bad, but I've eaten them alot, those things are absolutely amazing, and they fill you up.

  3. Each MRE has 1,200-1,500 calories.
The military estimates that a typical service member needs 3,250 calories daily, for sustenance.

  4. Fun fact those MREs are pact with calories and one of the main problems with them is they are known to cause constipation but thankfully they have laxative gum inside

  5. Not gonna lie there’s two reasons why I wanted to join the military is to just join the military is one reason the second reason is because they got good food
