I get my haircuts at Mexican owned hair salon. They’ve had this same issue for years with black women. They’ve go in and get a bunch of work done and complain their way out of paying at the very end. I asked how many times a Mexican has done this to them. Zero times.

If you eat outside where you're not monitored and this issue is on the rise then charge the customer for the meal before it's served. A 24hr diner I used to frequent when working second shift started doing that due to the intoxicated customers taking off after getting their food and it worked.
Easy solution, make everybody pay for their food before you serve them! Anyone that complains about it, is the problem.

This is why I belive that buisness owners should be allowed to have cameras for security and safty purposes.
It can help with theft cases like this, in medical events to show what happened, and criminal activity, to find missing persons.
But only for that, not personal use.

Someone tell that guy from Illinois Restaurant Association, we get way more than 60 days to eat outside in Chicago, the Midwest and North East part of the USA. We have very hot summers and Springs winters and even the start of Autumn is still warm.
