The Panna Cotta and Honeycomb each take only 15 minutes to make and are made from just a few simple ingredients. Experiment with different fruits like mango, pineapple, a mixed fruit salad or even chocolate sauce to customise the dish to your taste!
PANNA COTTA
Ingredients:
⅓ cup milk
1 tbsp gelatin
2 ½ cups cream
⅓ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
HONEYCOMB
Ingredients:
⅓ cup golden syrup or honey
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking soda
