In this video I’ll show you how to make a crispy crackling Porchetta the traditional Italian way at home with your Weber Kettle. For this recipe I am using a 20lb Porchetta from MeatnBone.com that is slowly roasted on a spit, and sear it at the end to get that amazing pork crackling and delicious charcoal flavor. We are going to serve these on ciabatta bread, with a sprinkle of salt, a drizzle of olive oil and a huge appetite. So let’s get the cooking started!
