Awesome!
A while ago I drank a wine with these aromas, like leather, a total barn, but actually I really liked it, the taste was amazing!
Unfortunately I never knew the name of the wine, just was able to find out that it was a "Biodinamic" wine (I don't know if that term is righ in english, wines similar to organic but with some extra hippie care).
Thank you very much now I understand a lot better that wine!
Hey man im addicted to learning about wine, its my obsession…and i cant stop learning about it even tho i cant even drink yet. I cant wait. but hey i noticed u have my llap top. pretty chill. Keep making stuff man im addicted. Thanks for the info ^.^
And I was just thinking I'd like to find an earthy wine. Earthy, fresh ground coffee is my favorite, and I imagine it would be the same with wine. Is this Brettanomyces bad for health?
Fantastic introduction videos. Just finished watching the intro playlist. Love it.

… Eh?
I had lots of brett in the Clos St Jean Deus Ex Machina 2015 CdP. Loved it. I hope to come by a bottle of Beaucastel… some day 🙂
