Recipe
1/2 onion, diced
2 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 cup arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
16 oz chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan
Salt & pepper
Cook onion for 5 minutes, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the rice, mix together with onion and garlic.
Add the white wine and stir until absorbed
Add in the chicken broth, half a cup at a time until it absorbs
Finish off by adding in the shredded cheese
