In today’s vlog we wrap up our tour around the International Food and Wine Festival with our last three stops: Active Eats, Earth Eats, and Flames By Fire. We ordered the fully loaded mac and cheese from Active Eats (mainly for Ashley) and the Impossible Burger from Earth Eats. You could tell that the burger was beans rather than meat, but the overall flavor wasn’t too bad. Would I order it again, no, but I would recommend it to any vegan or vegetarian that wants to have that “hamburger” experience. Over at Flames By Fire, we ordered the chimichurri charred skirt steak. It was melt-in-your-mouth good. The sweet chimichurri sauce mixed with the bitter taste of the charred steak went to together perfectly! Overall we stopped at 15 different booths, and our favorite drink was the chocolate liqueur coffee from Belgium, Ashley’s favorite dish was the ravioli from Italy, and mine was the venison stew from the Alps. We had a blast during this adventure, and we highly recommend doing this the next time you visit EPCOT during any of the food festivals. To end the night, we hopped on Spaceship Earth for the last time before it closes for a 2 year, complete remodel.
