When Ramsay gave Trev the fire extinguisher, I think it was too little too late because on season 18, he was completely bald.
Russell was like Matt from season 16, he could never take constructive criticism at all.

I feel like Jillian's ignorance helped her here. She was directly smelling and tasting the ingredients rather than relying on past knowledge.
Of all seasons some chefs had horrible attitude yes but for me Russel is on TOP 3 100%
