I could not possibly watch any lefty news programs and I can't even watch Fox I don't even watch newsmax I watch Rick's newsmax show that's it. I go to news aggregators I hunt and I look and I pick and I poke and I dig and I scratch for as much truth as i can. My finding: Trump was right. Girl, I don't know all about that, I think you should get a second opinion. I did have to change how I ate after menopause because you can't metabolize carbs the same, and my A1C was in the diabetes range. Thankfully my doctor, who is more progressive, just said to do low carb/keto to reverse it. So I did that and reversed it, along with exercise every day. Lost weight and no longer diabetic. You look amazing and are a healthy weight, but you are aging and will be going through menopause. Definitely get a second opinion on the gluten thing and be tested for gluten sensitivity.

I use a good veggie wash too but it isn't going to remove all of the pesticides if any. Many of the crops are sprayed at blossom or through their growth and in th soil, so they are absorbed into the flesh and from the roots. Following the dirty dozen and only eating organic of at least those items will make a big difference in decreasing your exposure to the toxins and pesticides. And still wash them! 😊

You can use baking soda and vinegar to clean your fruit.. The Fruit needs to sit in the vinegar and baking soda for 10 minutes. Then just rinse the fruit off real good..
