  2. Really looks nice. I'll admit though I enjoy a more oniony taste. I break my onion down to two layer rings. Then batter and cook and the taste is far more onion. My mother was Sicilian and she did great onion rings. The only thing I liked better was my grandmothers sardine and anchovy pizzas. She'd refrigerate them and once cold they were so salty and fishy. Nothing like them today and I've tried many times to duplicate how she made them.
