I love how each city and town has its own unique pasta. I would be totally down to trying that! The panforte looked delicious, and I can see how it can be a holiday treat. I know my mother has made date oatmeal bars before around the holidays, and it resembles panforte in some way. Great video! Now I'm hungry for some Italian desserts especially gelato!

Fun fact the riders of horses have only riden them once before the race so the horses constantly crash into things
It's Cinta senese and it's a race of pig bred in the Sienese countryside, not wild boar (that's cinghiale). It's called cinta because it has a white band of fur around the belly, like a belt.
