Dear god, watching you uncork that bottle was painfully imbarassing! Please Syd learn how to pull a cork, it's very simple and you never will be scared to lose or break a cork again.
Also try opening the bottle a little bit before. Drinking it. Just let it sit opened for 20-30 minutes

Wet dog smell/ taste means the wine is corked! Usually if you take it back to the shop they’ll give you a new one because the cork was tainted and ruined the wine

Drops Of God made many of the previously obscure wines into rock star labels, not only causing the prices to rise sharply but also caused runs on those wines so they went from common to tough to get.
I know perhaps the exact wines, including the exact vintages, from Drops Of God manga are very expensive…but anyone who knows anything about wine knows that if you get totally different vintage years, it's almost the same thing drinking a totally different wine. If you read the manga, it teaches you exactly that. Heaven, Earth and Man are the three aspects and vintage is the Heaven…the manga tells you over and over that different vintages can taste totally different.

As I'm typing I'm seeing the posted vid is from "2years" ago. So I know the odds of it being seen are slim to none. Not to mention I'm sure someone mentioned it in the comments before this. The fruit in question is persimmon. Though given how many sheets to the wind Syd sound by the time she's required to say it. I had a small laugh at "permissions" vs. "per-sim-mons". Props to her for still trying while potentially being tanked.

I think that last wine must have had cork taint, it happens periodically. I know a winemaker who sniffs the cork after opening a bottle, if it smells bad he dumps the wine.
