The 15th-century farmhouse is part of a small hamlet enjoying beautiful views of vineyards and rolling hills and has been converted into a country style home with air-conditioned bedrooms, a Tuscan kitchen and a well-kept garden with extensive lawns and stone terraces.
Outside the kitchen is a large paved terrace with a shaded dining table for dining al fresco and a separate shaded outdoor living area, the perfect setting to enjoy relaxing evenings. Panzano in Chianti is within easy reach, by car it’s a 5 min drive, it’s also walkable following the local white road, a bit harder going into the small town as a good part is uphill walking past hamlets and along beautifully kept vineyards but then walking back a lot easier. Panzano is famous for its Etruscan origins and for Dario Cecchini’s renowned butcher shop and restaurant and its location is perfect as it’s so central to see the famed towns and villages that have made this area so popular. Greve is 9 Km away, the largest and most prominent of the Chianti towns, where you’ll find two weekly markets and some fantastic restaurants with Castellina in chianti also in easy reach.
