Watch us cook a steak in a pan—Italian style! In this video, we prepare a Tuscan ‘Tagliata’ (which means ‘sliced’ in Italian) in a seasoned carbon steel pan. You can also use a seasoned cast iron skillet for the job. Then we cut the pan-seared steak into thin slices and serve it with a simple arugula salad and a bit of balsamic demi-glace (optional of course!)

clarified butter
fine salt
