Piero’s Italian Cuisine is a long time staple in Las Vegas, dating back to the restaurant being featured in the movie Casino. In the last decade or so mismanagement has lead to mixed experiences. The team behind PinkBox and Bagelmania are now in charge of operations & they have a plan to preserve the history & classic Vegas vibes. My first visit in years was delicious, the service was excellent & I look forward to seeing what comes next. Piero’s is a Las Vegas classic that has weathered decades in a constantly changing city. It is under new ownership/management and the team for Siegel’s Bagelmania/PinkBox have vowed to preserve its Vegas history and vibes, while making small improvements where they’re needed. I got the opportunity to revisit now that the new team has ironed everything out and it’s like stepping back into Vegas history, with all the buzz and vibes, but with food that wows too. It’s the same restaurant you probably enjoyed years ago, but better. Let me know if you go and follow me for all the Vegas. ❤️

Yea because they clocked who you were when you walked in the door, thats why they "really liked you" and sat you in the VIP section. It's also why your meal was a lot tastier. Owner probably came and cooked it himself. Everyone else gets what you had 2 years ago. Many of these Vegas places do not care because most of their clients are toursits who are already probably only coming once and never again so they dont have much to lose.
The Ceasar,,,??? avacado and tomato? But other things look good otherwise.

Nice im going to feel rejected when they put in me in the dirt dining room and i don't get any free sides.
The fact that you get better seating if you're a regular makes me want to avoid this place. I dont want to go somewhere knowing I could have a better meal if I were local.

They aren't giving out free sides…they're giving sides to people who consistently tip more than enough to cover the cost of the sides and a joe shmo tip and then some…they aren't giving them for free…they're table-dressing for big tippers

Had dinner at Piero's in 2016. Have no idea if they liked me or not. At that time, I thought the meal was good. Very old school Vegas vibes.
I had another similar experience at a Vegas Italian restaurant on Christmas day. Do your homework, trusted creators.
