    Hey Matt, I completely agree. I'm a complete nut about sherry and have a great collection. It helps that my wife is Spanish and we have a home in Andalusia. Don't miss out on the great wines of Montilla in the Cordoba region which are not allowed to call themselves 'sherry' but are just as good. Palo Cortado can be fine but it's just something between Amontillado and Oloroso. In the old days it would have to be one or the other. It's not rare at all. Sherry bodegas are such a great visit and far more fun than wineries. The smell is to die for as is the architecture. Each one has a very interesting history. I'd love to catch up if you ever visit the region. Cheers. WT

    Sherry is amazing. It’s a shame many people knock it down. If you don’t like flor, get biologically aged sherry like oloroso.
