Please note traditionally indian sit on floor to eat as they get connected to earth and when eat sitting folded knee with straight back naval in line with back and stomach which makes easy for digestive juice to mix with good and give indication half full stomach so person stop eating after 3/4 filled stomach . As gets air out with sound so stop eating . When knee folded it keep it flexible so never get knee operation in life. Also eating with hand and stop eating after 3/4 stomach full so enough space for mix good with enzymes and acid yo digest which keeps body healthy .
    Eating with hand is good as the connection of finger nerve ending to brain so taste bud gives out more saliva and that helps in digestion. Most importantly focus on own food and respecting food eating sitting admiring with gratitude helps to digest and good enzymes manage to digest good. So what is important is digest the food so gives strength . This is fundamental reason one must eat peacefully digest food and be healthy and happy.

    Sitting on dining table chairs over time difficult to change habit also talking while eating then over eating all these creats health issues and body jot healthy then end up eating medicine for life as doctor business tribes also surgeon business doing knee and heart operations increase .

    Why one want to get sick when traditional Method proven to make person healthy and happy eating traditional satvic vegetarian variety of food.

    Indians must use wisdom and follow Ayurvedic life style so one stay healthy no sickness no medicine no hospital no doctors visit no reports expenses. It will be healthy happy life to get time to do sewa ie good karma and get blessings that connect to our soul which help in next life, good life progressing to libration.
