Chef Riccardo Camanini of Lido 84, joined forces with Valencian restaurant luminary Ricard Camarena, for a one-night-only meal that shared both parties’ passion for locality and seasonality on the plate.
As part of the Signature Session series surrounding The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, guests enjoyed a vegetable and fish-led dinner that highlighted the individual teams’ talents, while simultaneously serving a unified and exceptionally unique menu.
