Bowl numbers, whats in what
1. Flour garlic salt
2. 3 eggs
3. Seasoned italian bread crumbs
Dip your cheese into the flour, tap eccess. Dip in eggwash. Dip in bread crumbs, repeat once.
Put the sticks in the freezer for 45 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
Heat up oil to 350°f
Cook the strips in the oil till cheese is coming through the crust or about 60-90 seconds in small amounts
