  2. Instead, put them in containers that you can lock and seal and just shake it instead of getting your hands all gross

  3. You doin a lil’ too much. Just use two eggs, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, cook till golden brown, EAT.

  4. This is a great recipe! But I do recommend putting the breadcrumbs in a bag, so it can get evenly coated

  5. Do you have to freeze them? I’m making them for an assessment in school and I’ve got one hour, I don’t think I’ll have time..

  6. Cut 1/2 inch thick cheese sticks

    Bowl numbers, whats in what
    1. Flour garlic salt
    2. 3 eggs
    3. Seasoned italian bread crumbs

    Dip your cheese into the flour, tap eccess. Dip in eggwash. Dip in bread crumbs, repeat once.

    Put the sticks in the freezer for 45 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

    Heat up oil to 350°f
    Cook the strips in the oil till cheese is coming through the crust or about 60-90 seconds in small amounts

  7. What am I doing wrong if there are areas that I can’t get anything to stick to ? I repeated flour , egg wash, flour, egg wash , then breadcrumbs and it just balls up on my finger 😫
