Venice is just beautiful, I was there last year and it was the highlight of my trip. Cicchetti and tramezzini are definitely a must. Props to Chris for trying a spritz made with Select! He’s brave.
I felt like Select was too bitter for me so I stick with Campari lolololol though I still need to try the Bolognese spritz made with Casoni or the Modenese one mixed with Lambrusco.
You guys planned a super trip! Would love to see your accommodation too.

I have a question for you. We will be traveling to Italy in September and at the moment I have a 9 hour tour booked in Venice. Part of this is traveling to Murano and Burbano. Would we be better off not doing a tour? Do we really need to do one while we are there for 3 days? It also includes a tour of St Mark’s and Doge Palace. We are super early risers, so is it even necessary to do a tour? I just want to make sure we can enter the main sites without waiting on a huge line. Obviously we will get “skip the line access” with this tour. Thoughts?
