Because Genoa doesn't receive a lot of tourism, it seems like none of the restaurants are poor "tourist traps," as you might see in parts of Rome or Venice. If most of the patrons are locals, you won't last long if the quality of your cuisine isn't excellent. It looks like a great city to visit if you love food. I'm always impressed by how much you eat and how slim you both are! Good metabolism, and lots of walking! Thanks for another great (and informative) video!

Actually the locals usually eat focaccia upside down. In fact, they want to taste the golden and salty part with their tongue because it is more sensitive to the flavour.

Genoa is a dump! That’s why, never felt less safe while travelling as I did there. Stay away from the tiny skinny and maze-like alley ways. Especially as a woman.
