Hello there. I am here to see what you're getting into today. I tend to avoid reds because they tend to repeat on me. I cook with reds infrequently though. Slightly dry grapes??? I never knew that that was one of the processes used to make wine. Thanks for schooling me. Cheers, Sandee

Not a wine connoisseur but my daughter in Sausalito is! Living so close to Napa, she visits wine country constantly. Her favorite red wine is a nice glass of Abreu Cabernet Sauvignon Madrona Ranch 2013. 🍷 (The snob!)😂😂😂

Hi Cam that seemed a reasonably priced wine and you gave a good review. We don't drink much ( we giggle and fall asleep 🤭 ) but when we do it's a Merlot ( I think from Australia ) Might have to try Italian after you said it invited you to drink more 🙂 ~ Anna 👍

I love when the grapes are slightly dried, it really concentrates the fruit flavor. Great review my friend.
I really enjoyed hearing about the different amounts of water in the grapes. I didn't realize that wine could be made from raisins. $10 isn't bad! I'm not much for unsweetened wines, but the price is low enough I would give it a try. Sounds like I might be sweetly surprised!

Zinfandel/Primitivo is a indigenous Croatian variety. The original name of the grape is Crljenjak Kastelanski. Cheers.
In the UK I picked up a bottle of this I believe from ASDA. In my view it is possibly the best red I have had for £8. It may not be for you but I would certainly give it a go I can't imagine anyone would find it unpleasant and I for one really like it.
What a lovely red wine this bottle brought me here tonight ☺️
